Gobernanza inclusiva en la economía circular comunitaria: un análisis bibliográfico sistemático

Resumen

La gobernanza enfrenta desafíos crecientes derivados de la urbanización acelerada, la desigualdad socioeconómica y el cambio climático, que obligan a repensar las formas de gestión territorial sin comprometer la sostenibilidad. En este contexto, la Gobernanza Territorial Inclusiva (GTI) es un enfoque estratégico que promueve relaciones horizontales, participación equitativa y cohesión social, especialmente en comunidades históricamente marginadas. Este estudio realiza un análisis bibliográfico sistemático con el objetivo de identificar enfoques teóricos, metodológicos, efectos, desafíos y oportunidades asociadas a la GTI, con especial atención a su vinculación con la economía circular comunitaria. Los hallazgos destacan su impacto positivo en la gestión ambiental, la infraestructura verde y la resiliencia territorial. A pesar de las limitaciones institucionales y regulatorias, la GTI representa una vía para fortalecer la autogestión, impulsar modelos productivos sostenibles y fomentar la justicia ambiental. En síntesis, la GTI ofrece un marco integral para enfrentar los desafíos socioambientales con inclusión y sostenibilidad.
