Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze whether the encouragement of social dialogue can stop the expansion of unstable jobs and achieve justice in Colombia. We made a theoretical reflection on the effects of globalization on the economic model of the State, on the legal system and on the structure of employment. After collecting, reviewing and making a documentary analysis, we found that there is a lack of researches who question whether social dialogue could improve the conditions of workers. We conclude that, although the encouragement of social dialogue has been incipient, an inclusive policy that guides the conducts of social partners towards social justice is necessary. We propose seeing in social dialogue a force that surpasses the culture of selfishness, as it constitutes a strategy that poses a great challenge for Colombia that must be assumed with hope, because it is possible to choose the collaboration rather than rivalry.
