Abstract

This article shows the origins, precedents andcurrent situation of the production systems fordeciduous plants in Boyaca, area discussed in thepresent paper; emphasizing on the location oforchards, sowed areas, a process flow chart, a workplan and the vegetative cycle structures. This is thefirst result of a research work carried out at theAgricultural program on Business Administrationat UPTC University with the participation of 30 fruitgrowers of the region and with first-handinformation provided by every agricultural company.
